What is Noxivo?

What is an AI chat agent?
An AI chat agent is software that reads incoming customer messages and writes replies on a business's behalf, using that business's own information instead of fixed menus. In Noxivo, the agent is set up per client with its tone, offers, FAQ, product catalog and the things it must never say. It replies in Tunisian Darija, French or English on the client's website chat, and hands the conversation to a person whenever your team takes over.
What is a shared inbox?
A shared inbox lets a whole team answer customer chats from a single dashboard instead of one person's screen. In Noxivo, every website chat lands in the same inbox, conversations can be assigned to teammates, and saved replies and conversation summaries speed up answers. WhatsApp is coming soon to the same inbox.
Is Noxivo a chatbot for Tunisian Darija?
Yes, and more than a scripted chatbot. Noxivo's AI agent reads each message, detects whether the customer wrote in Tunisian Darija (Arabic script or Arabizi such as "3andkom"), French or English, and replies in the same language using each client's tone, FAQ and product catalog. It transcribes voice notes, and any teammate can take over the conversation.
Does Noxivo work with WhatsApp?
Not yet. WhatsApp is coming soon. Today Noxivo works on website chat, and early-access agencies will be the first to get WhatsApp in the same inbox.
Which languages does the AI agent reply in?
The AI agent detects and replies in Tunisian Darija (written in Arabic script or in Latin letters such as "3andkom"), French and English. It can also transcribe customer voice notes. The dashboard itself is in English.
Can I manage several clients from one account?
Yes. Noxivo is built for agencies: each client gets its own workspace with its own website chat, inbox, AI settings and team, and you manage all of them from one agency login.
Can my team take over a conversation from the AI?
Yes. You choose which channels and tags the AI answers, and any teammate can take over a conversation from the shared inbox at any time.
